Hi! I’m Elizabeth, the creator behind Little Panda. I grew up in New Jersey and have made the Philadelphia area my home with my husband (Big Panda) and my dog (doggo panda). If it wasn’t already apparent, I love pandas.
Writing in cursive has been a relaxing thing for me since middle school. The flow of script and getting thoughts onto a page through journaling has been a crucial way for me to deal with anxiety and depression. When I was introduced to handlettering, I knew I had to try it.
I also love organization and planning, so bullet journaling was a natural next step for me. The freedom, flexibility, creativity of the bullet journal system was what I was looking for in a planner.
However, despite my love for organization and planning, having ADHD has been a roadblock to consistency with any kind of planner or bullet journaling. Sometimes it can feel like an overwhelming obstacle with how much time each page takes. With a pre-made planner, if I miss a day, I will probably never use the planner again. That’s why I started Little Panda — to make planning and journaling more accessible and easier for those of us who are daunted by the idea of creating in this way and still want to use bullet journaling as a way to add structure to our life.
